About
Hi. Here are a few things about me:
- From/ based in Baltimore but have been to 49/ 50 states and a ton of other places.
- It’s Hawaii. That’s the one needed for the complete set.
- Almost 25 years experience - photojournalism/ documentary/ portrait work - been a staffer at newspapers and a freelancer elsewhere.
- I’ve served in the Army as a combat photographer.
- Have won a few fancy pants awards for my work.
- I also hold a few fancy pants degrees in photography – BA and an MFA.
- Photographic educator. I’ve taught college-level photo classes, among others. and have developed curriculum/ coursework.
- Have played in bands, remember obscure things, available for freelance assignments.
